Certificate III in Early Childhood
Education and Care (CHC30113)

The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is the minimum requirement for employment in the early childhood industry. This qualification teaches students the skills and knowledge required to work with children at a professional level, supporting their wellbeing, learning and development.
Students also undertake work placements of at least 120 hours to gain experience in the industry.

All our trainers are experienced childcare professionals and our comprehensive training materials have been endorsed by qualified professionals working in the childcare sector.

Achieving this qualification is something you will be proud of. It will give you the knowledge, the confidence and capability to step up to a rewarding career in early learning and childcare.

Diploma of Early Childhood
Education and Care (CHC50113)

The Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care delivered by TRY Learning is a training program offered to a range of applicants, including school leavers young students, existing workers that want to upskill their learning or people wishing to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

This is a nationally recognised qualification.

It develops the necessary skills and knowledge for educators to use in areas such as:

  • Implementing organisation policies and procedures
  • Working as team leader / room leader or educational leader in early childhood education
  • Developing rich and interesting program plans that cater for children’s learning, interests and developmental needs.
  • Facilitating children’s learning and play to achieve development outcomes
  • Planning, implementing and managing quality programs to enhance children’s development in accordance with the National Quality Framework

Graduates may work in supervisory roles.

Provide First Aid (HLTAID003)

The HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid training program is delivered by TRY Australia in an active classroom-based environment. The training program develops the necessary skills for participants to apply first aid in a variety of settings. This one day refresher training is offered to students who hold a current HLTAID003 Provide First Aid Certificate, and gives participants the opportunity to refresh their skills to perform basic CPR, deal with medical emergencies, fracture and wound management and much more. It also has the added benefit that you may never have to sit through a two day first aid Level 2 course again with beginners. The training provides participants an opportunity to expand on their current skills and knowledge and a forum to learn the most current guidelines rather than wait for three years.
